Welcome to our laundromat. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and folding. Service availability may vary based on operational capacity and timing.

2. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must check all pockets and remove personal belongings before submitting items.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage of items left in pockets (e.g., money, documents, jewelry, electronics).

  • Customers must inform staff of any delicate fabrics, special care instructions, or existing damage.

3. Garment Care & Liability

  • While we take utmost care, garments are cleaned at the customer’s risk.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Color fading, shrinkage, or damage due to manufacturer defects or normal wear and tear

    • Items labeled “Dry Clean Only” if processed otherwise at customer request

  • Compensation for any proven damage caused by us will not exceed 5 times the service charge of the item.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard service time will be communicated at the time of order.

  • Express service may be available at additional charges.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; we will inform customers accordingly.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full payment must be made upon order placement or collection, as per store policy.

  • Any additional services requested after order placement may incur extra charges.

6. Order Collection & Storage

  • Customers must collect their laundry within 7 days of completion.

  • Items not collected within this period may incur storage charges.

  • Unclaimed items beyond 30 days may be donated or disposed of without liability.

7. Stain Removal Policy

  • We strive to remove stains but do not guarantee complete removal.

  • Some stains may become permanent after heat processing.

8. Loss Policy

  • In case of loss of any garment due to our fault, compensation will be based on fair market value, considering depreciation, and will not exceed a reasonable amount determined by management.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed at management discretion.

10. Hygiene & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are heavily soiled with hazardous materials or pose health risks.

11. Operating Hours

  • Our business hours will be displayed at the store and on the website. Services may not be available outside these hours.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
